Terms of Service

When you use Calmality products or services, you are agree to the latest version of our Terms of Service ("Terms"). Violation of these terms may, at our discretion, result in us terminating your account.

We may update these Terms of Service any any time. If we make significant changes, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and notify any registered users via email.

Definitions

"Company", "we", "our", or "us" in any of our policies or terms, refers to Calmality.

"Services" refers to our websites, including cronlists.com and any other product created and maintained by Calmality on behalf of Cron Lists. That includes any products whether delivered within a web browser, desktop application, or mobile application, or another format.

Finally, "you" or "your" refers to the people that own an account with one or more of our Services.

Account Terms

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws).
  • You are responsible for all content posted to and activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading

  • Access to certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely via Stripe, and by subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms. Subscription fees may be updated at any time, and you will be notified before any changes take effect

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription whenever you choose. Changes to your plan take effect immediately. If you upgrade, a prorated charge will be applied based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. If you downgrade, the change will take effect immediately, but no additional charges will be applied until the start of your next billing period.

Cancellation and Termination

  • You are responsible for canceling your account. To do so, you can visit the billing section in your account settings at any time. Please note that sending an email or calling us does not automatically cancel your account. If you need assistance with the cancellation process, feel free to contact us at support@cronlists.com.
  • After cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. Once the cycle ends, your account will be deactivated and your data will be scheduled for deletion after 30 days. If you wish to reactivate your account, you may do so at any time within that 30-day period by contacting support@cronlists.com. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to our Services—both current and future—at any time, for any reason or no reason at all. Suspension will prevent you from accessing your account and its contents. Termination will result in the deletion of your account, your access to it, and all associated data. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, cases involving violations of these Terms of Service, our policies, or any applicable laws or regulations.

Liability

You agree that the Company is not responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from your use of the Services, inability to access data, or unauthorized access to your data or account. The Company is also not liable for any damages arising from actions taken by third parties using the Services, or from any other consequences related to these Terms of Service.
